Do the one thing…
28 Feb 2013I don't think Paul had a bad memory. He had been in full agreement with those who were stoning Stephen for preaching Christ, the martyr's death serving to launch young Saul's ravaging of the emerging Church, a vendetta halted only by the revelation of Jesus Himself, a blinding light to a man who had believed he saw God clearly. So why didn't Paul write about the incident somewhere in one of his letters? Why didn't he bemoan his role in Stephen's murder and publicly say how sorry he was? Didn't his past bother him with all that persecution of Christians, tossing innocent people in jail for their faith? After all, he was a man of fearful reputation for the harm he had wrecked upon followers of the Way...

Rewind: Forgiveness

I was planning on walking to the Rocky Mountains as a means of staying alive. I know it sounds rather dramatic but it was true.
